I had a nice stay overall, but there were some issues that I didn't expect given the price point. The location is fantastic, and the lodge area is cozy and inviting. However, a few amenities fell short, like the breakfast service and room comfort which could use some improvement.

I stayed in the King with Fireplace room, which was generally comfortable and quiet. The bedding was designed for the cold, but it didn't ventilate body heat well, so I had to open the balcony door for fresh air. The pillows were a bit too large for my liking but that was easily fixable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which definitely made a positive impression. I appreciated the personal touch during check-in and check-out with text messages and updates. However, there were some long waits during busy moments since there was often only one person working.
